At the core of the Intractable Nigerian Question is the Clash of Civilizations engendered by the Caliphate Sharia cum Feudalist Ideologies in a supposedly secular federation and constitutional democracy. These Twin Ideologies oppose Sanctity of Human Life and Equality of Men.
Nigeria’s Caliphate-imposed Unitary Constitutional Order subjugates the rest of the Union to these Caliphate Twin Ideologies, making the Nigerian Union untenable altogether since these Twin Ideologies cannot cohabit with Democracy and Constitutionalism.
The crux of the NINAS Union Reconfiguration Campaign is that the Death-dispensing Unitary Nigeria must now give way to EITHER a Union of Sanctity of Life and Equality of Men, OR the Default of immediate Union Dissolution kicks in.
Coming on the heels of the Successful DELEGITIMIZATION of the 1999 Constitution and amidst the Commencement of the DECOMMISSIONING Processes that will culminate in the DISMANTLING for wholesale Reconfiguration, Dr Leena Koni Hoffmann’s courageous indictment of the Caliphate, excellently encapsulates the minimum conditions for the South (and Middle-Belt) to re-admit the Caliphate into any kind of Union as the Defunct Federation of Nigeria writhes in its Terminal Throes.
