The Questions of NINAS are:

  1. HAVE the Proprietors and Enforcers of Unitary Nigeria now realized that the Unworkable Unitary Constitutional Arrangements of Nigeria are the Main Problem with Nigeria?
  2. HOW will these New Constitutional Arrangements be brought into being from where Nigeria is now?
  3. WHEN will this New Constitutional Arrangement be put in place?
  4. WHO will put this New Constitutional Arrangement into place?
  5. WHAT is the Mechanism for winding up the prevailing Unworkable Constitutional Arrangement and Instituting the one that is made and ratified by the Sovereign Constituent Components of Nigeria?

Answers to these Five Questions can be found in the Five-Point Proposition of the December 16, 2020 Joint Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) of NINAS.

(See Link to the Full text of the NINAS December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure as published by the Guardian Newspaper of January 20, 2021 (Pages 38, 39, 40 & 41) https://guardian.ng/features/notice-of-constitutional-grievances-declaration-of-constitutional-force-majeure-and-demand-for-transitioning-process-for-an-orderly-reconfiguration-of-the-constitutional-basis-of-the-federation/).

These Postulations of the Prelate of the Church of Nigeria, (Anglican Communion) about the need to Decommission and Jettison wholesale, the prevailing Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, is one more evidence of the Successful Delegitimization of the 1999 Constitution, Countrywide.

Coming on the heels of the Terribly Bungled 2023 Presidential Election, and the September 6, 2023 Judicial Imprimatur to the Electoral Robbery of February 25, 2023, the Postulations of the Prelate also vindicates NINAS’ Campaign against further National Elections under the Distressed 1999 Constitution and points to the urgency of initiating a Transitioning Arrangement for Constitutional Renegotiation, Reconfiguration and Reconstruction.
