28 October 2023
It is Absolute Ignorance to suggest that because of the Supreme Court verdict of October 26, 2023, it will now be an offense to say that Tinubu is not your President. Until Formally Decommissioned and Jettisoned, the Fundamental Rights Provisions of the 1999 Constitution (disputed as that Constitution) guarantee the right to hold and canvass opinion.
With the recent heresy by Nigeria’s former Attorney-General Kanu Agabi (SAN) that there is nothing wrong with the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, it is clear that the suggestion of “Treason” by Reno Omokri (undoubtedly targeted at the likes of Pastor Sarah Omakwu) is an unintelligent scaremongering by custodians of the sinking Unitary Nigeria.
The fellow called Reno Omokri is illiterate on what Treason is. He can say such to his fellow ignoramuses who refused to listen to what the real issue is with Nigeria – namely, a Fraudulent, Imposed Unitary Constitution.
Has the prosecution of the 2023 Presidential Election and the emergence of Tinubu as President addressed the issue of the Fraudulence of that Constitution?; the Unitary Status of that Constitution?; or the fact of the imposition of that Constitution by Military Decree in 1999 as the Federating Instrument for the Nigerian Union?
Is Nigeria working now, or is there still any debate about why Nigeria is not working?
Have the prosecution and warped outcome of the 2023 Presidential Election of Nigeria not provided proof of the Basis Contentions of NINAS and further validated the basis and rationale for the NINAS Union Reconfiguration Campaign, which is primarily about the wholesale Decommissioning and Reconstruction of the Damaged, Fraudulent and Unworkable Unitary Constitution of Nigeria?
Have we lost our Sovereignty or our Inalienable Right to Self-Determination because the Proprietors of Unitary Nigeria chose to go to another Round of National Elections under their Fraudulent Constitution? – Absolute No.
The 10-Point Interrogatories of NINAS must now take center stage to drive the Campaign for the Decommissioning of Nigeria’s Fraudulent Constitution. The Demand of that Campaign must be for an immediate transition for Constitutional Reconstruction, the Default being immediate Union Dissolution.
The Five-Point Proposition of NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation of December 16, 2020, provides a complete, Ready-for-Use Framework and Mechanism for the immediate escalation of that Campaign. Nigeria and Nigerians are now confronted with brazen State capture, and the most potent remediation strategy available immediately is the NINAS Union Reconfiguration Proposition.
With the Free Fall of the Nigerian Economy triggered by the ill-advised Electoral Voyage to 2023, those who did not understand why NINAS Campaigned so vigorously against further National Elections under the Disputed and Fraudulent 1999 Constitution should now find the courage to brace up and make a U-Turn from their error of thinking that what Nigeria needed was a New Leadership. It is now Self-Evident that what Nigeria Needs is a New Constitutional Arrangement.
