Nigeria In Free-Fall On All Fronts: Time Ticking Against Those Delaying The Dash Towards The Only Escape Route Left For The Peoples Of Nigeria From Fulani Conquest And Sundry State Captors.
(Being the Text of a Stocktaking, Status, and Next-Steps Statement, Presented December 19, 2021, by the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination, NINAS at a World Press Conference in Lagos, One Year after the December 16, 2020 Activation of the Joint Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure, CFM).
(1) As Nigeria continues its rapid descent into darkness and total collapse, those who did not understand what NINAS meant when in the build-up to the 2023 Elections we warned that the Winner of the 2023 Presidential Election will find no Nigeria to govern, will most probably learn the hard way.

(2) The 2023 Presidential Election has come and gone but the interregnum President of Nigeria is fleeing Abuja to the safety of his Native Yorubaland (Lagos). Now the same Caliphate North which Farming undertakings the Central Bank of Nigeria Bankrolled and which sent Murderous Herdsmen to charge Farmers out of Farmlands across the South and the Middle-Belt are placing food embargo on the South and Middle-Belt to compound the plague of hunger that is already afflicting the People grievously.
(3) As was the case in the Egypt of old when a pharaoh refused to let go the enslaved Israelites, more plagues will befall the Nigerians who bluntly refused to listen to the relentless entreaties of NINAS to abort the Doomed Electoral Voyage of 2023 under the Death-Dispensing 1999 Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, in order to save themselves from clearly imminent calamity.
(4) Even now in February 2024, one year after the grave mistake of going to the 2023 Elections under the 1999 Constitution, like a people under a thick spell, our People are still arguing with the signboard and refusing to embrace the only viable escape route still available to them, namely – the NINAS 5-Point Proposition for Union Reconfiguration.
(5) The only thing required now to defeat the two monsters of Caliphate Conquest Onslaught and Devouring State-Capture machinery that came with the outcome of the 2023 Presidential Election, is to Disown the February 25, 2023 Mandate as a demonstration of our Total Rejection of the Fraudulent 1999 Constitution as Basis of Union and to insist therefore, on the Immediate initiation of a TRANSITIONING Arrangement for Union Renegotiation, Reconfiguration and Reconstruction as outlined in the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation of December 16, 2020, OR proceed to Immediate Union Dissolution by unilateral Self-Determination Actions of the Trapped Constituent Components of Nigeria in the face of the Defeat and Demise of the Rogue 1999 Constitution of Nigeria.
(6) These steps must be accompanied by the Immediate Activation of both the Armed-Self-Defense and the Assumption-of-Ownership-and-Control-of-Economic-Assets components of the Comprehensive NINAS Self-Determination Framework.

(7) The cost of further delay in adopting the NINAS CFM Proposition will be reckoned in blood and survivors will eventually have to go back to the road not taken – that is the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Escape Route.
