Auwalu Yadudu: The Face Of The Caliphate Dark Soul Behind The Crafting Processing, Imposition Of Abdulsalami Abubakar’s So-Called 1999 Constitution.

Amidst the Freefall of Nigeria and the massive, angry altercations about the Fraudulent Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, here on Arise TV, August 14, 2024, is the Quota-Professor Auwalu Yadudu who cobbled and processed into being, the demonic “1999 Constitution” for Abdulsalami Abubakar and the Caliphate, speaking condescendingly about those clamouring for the Grand Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria:

Who is Auwalu Yadudu and how did he emerge from dark to foist the death-dispensing 1999 Constitution on Nigeria?

Auwalu Yadudu, the Quota-Professor from Bayero University, Kano, was the Chief Legal Adviser to Abacha who superintended over Abacha’s many draconian Decrees, supervising the work of Abacha’s Attorney-General, and generally overseeing the management of all legal issues and challenges in that period for Abacha and the Caliphate.

He had processed for Abacha, the Draft of what eventually became the 1999 Constitution which was meant to make Abacha life President. Then Abacha died.

Abdulsalami Abubakar retained Yadudu in the same capacity of Chief Legal Adviser (unannounced though) and simply assigned Yadudu to take full charge of producing the Constitution by which Abdulsalami would hand over power to an elected government.

That was how Yadudu went solo and contrary to normal procedure of using the Government Printing Press to railroad what he (Yadudu) already had as Draft Constitution into being.

Yadudu was mandated to act in complete secrecy by Abdulsalami Abubakar and the Caliphate, and so both Decree No.24 of 1999 by which the so-called “1999 Constitution” was Promulgated and the Schedule to that Decree, being the booklet we today refer to as “the 1999 Constitution” were printed in a private printing facility called Heritage Press, somewhere in Wuse, Abuja, owned by Ibrahim Babangida.

That was how John Nnia Nwodo who was the Information Minister of the period and whose duty it should have been to produce and circulate the 1999 Constitution was kept in the dark.
