(Being an Anniversary Milestone Message by NINAS for Progress and Next Steps in the Implementation of the Constitutional Force Majeure).

PROTOCOLS:

1. As Nigeria continues to wobble in the throes of its self-inflicted distress, we recall that the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS), had on the 16th of December, 2020, Declared a Union Dispute by way of Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) with a Five-Point Proposition for the Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria, via an Orderly Transitioning Process.
2. We are happy to report the Successful Attainment of the Main Objective of the Force Majeure as the 1999 Constitution is Now Delegitimized, with a Countrywide Clamour for “Restructuring”, with Stakeholders including the Government, groping around frantically in search of a viable route to Union Reconstruction, as it is now past debates that the imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria is the problem with Nigeria, and that the Solution lies in the wholesale Decommissioning of the Unworkable 1999 Constitution.
3. By this Anniversary Milestone Message, NINAS has been vindicated and is inviting the Peoples of Nigeria, as victims of Unitary Nigeria, to the Next-Steps in the Implementation of the CFM, namely – the Precipitation of an immediate Transitioning Process for the Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria in place of the General Elections being advertised for 2027 under the rejected 1999 Constitution.
4. The specific action required now to Precipitate the said Transitioning is for the Peoples of Nigeria to firmly and loudly reject the voyage to 2027 General Elections under the Death-Dispensing 1999 Constitution as a mark of their rejection of that Constitution, AND to demand a tone of urgency, an immediate Transitioning Process in the place of another round of National Elections in 2027 under the same abominable 1999 Constitution that guarantees the multidimensional miseries and catastrophic looming Evil over Nigeria.

   Note:

   1. This is NOT a “boycott” of National Elections but a SHUTDOWN of preparations for the journey to the 2027 National Elections. This is an important distinction.

5. After Seven Cycles of General Elections between 1999 and 2023, it should now be clear to all, but especially the victims of Unitary Nigeria, that proceeding to further National Elections in 2027 under the 1999 Constitution will be a choice to renew the life of that Constitution, the 8th time, reinforcing the monumental misgovernance mandated by that Constitution; reinforcing also the Woes of Nigeria and the miseries of Nigerians including Killings, Gross Insecurity, Economic Freefall, Mass Impoverishment, Monumental Corruption, Gross Impunity, Infrastructural Decay and the Mass Hopelessness fuelling the desperate Exodus of young Nigerians from Nigeria.

   ACCORDINGLY, and in further implementation of the Constitutional Force Majeure, NINAS will from the First Quarter of 2025, mobilize Victims of Unitary Nigeria who seek the immediate termination of the Operation of the Toxic 1999 Constitution, AGAINST the Enforcers of Unitary Nigeria (ie All Political Parties and Political Merchants of Nigeria), who seek to drag wearied Nigerians to another round of General Elections in 2027 under the 1999 Constitution. NINAS Posits that Nigeria must first resolve its Debilitating Fundamental Constitutional Anomaly before proceeding to yet another round of National Elections.

6. This Anniversary Milestone Message is accompanied by a NINAS Broadcast Titled: “NINAS Union Reset Proposition: A Start-To-Finish Practical Design With Measurable Milestones”
