This Guardian article and the one by Global Construction Review referenced above were both written in 2018 when Ibe Kachikwu was spearheading the elaborate, multi-pronged asset-stripping exercise of the Caliphate, in the oil/gas sector as Minister of State for Petroleum featuring the Nigerian-Nigerien so-called ‘joint venture’ Refinery in Katsina, and gas pipelines that would carry gas from the Niger-Delta to the Kano industrial hub and other designated stops in the Caliphate-North.
Transport Minister Chibuike Amaechi was championing the same Caliphate asset-stripping in the Transport sector with the Maradi Rail Project and the Transport University in Daura..
However, in the face of the Union Dispute raised via the December 16, 2020 NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM), and particularly the Caveat issued to international money lenders, China which was heavily involved in several multi-billion dollar loan agreements covering Rail, Gas Pipelines and other infrastructure, became apprehensive and subsequently pulled out of the loan agreements, starting with the said Gas Pipeline Project in which Nigeria already deployed its counterpart funding to commence the pipeline construction.
Let us realize that the impact and potency of the NINAS December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure are far-reaching and have significantly altered the course charted by irredentist Buhari for complete Caliphate take-over of the key economic assets of Nigeria already being test-run with the heavy concessions to Dangote spanning maritime (Dangote Ports in Lagos); oil/gas Refinery in Lekki Free Trade Zone into which the illicit Federal Government of Nigeria injected $2.5 billion; cement anchored on Benue’s limestone deposits; and most recently, the Federal Government-owned Peugeot Automobile (PAN) asset in Kaduna now Dangote PAN, already rolling out production.
We saw Alhaji Rabiu’s Bua Cement plant commissioning in Sokoto, January of 2022, where the Central Bank’s Godwin Emefiele was boasting about how much support the CBN had injected into the Project.
From proceeds of concessions and allocations of economic assets, hijacked and confiscated by the Federal Government of Nigeria from their indigenous Owners, this brazen and heinous Caliphate-driven asset-stripping of the defunct Federation of Nigeria, Dangote is listed as Africa’s richest man while his kinsman, Rabiu of Bua Cement is listed as the fourth richest man in Africa.
While noting that Caliphate-imposed unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999) is the chief-enabler of these mind-boggling economic heists, we also note that ‘our own’ Ibe Kachikwu, Chibuike Amaechi and Godwin Emefiele are the chief-facilitators.
May we invite all Blocs in the NINAS Alliance to be more vigilant and be focused on how the objectives of the December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure can be realized sooner than later.
Shutting Down the Voyage to 2023 under the Fraud of 1999 is Key to Taking Down the 1999 Constitution and therefore to halting the Economic Rape and Daylight Robbery being perpetrated by the Caliphate in the name of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
