Anyone Who Promises To Deliver Good Governance Or Rule Of Law In Nigeria Under The 1999 Constitution Is Either An Ignoramus Or A Criminal.

It is now common-knowledge that the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria creates massive avenues for Corruption by its appropriation provisions and comprehensively protects the potential beneficiaries of humongous corruption by way of the immunity provisions, not to talk about the Development-crippling 68-Item Exclusive List that removes the possibility of Security and Infrastructure due to centralized control of assets and powers.

It is therefore dishonest to cling to that atrocious Constitution and come postulating probity, good governance, good leadership, end to corruption and non-productivity and all the other homilies of Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar, Omoyele Sowore and the other Former Presidential Candidates as all Political Parties in Nigeria subscribe to the 1999 Constitution.

Anyone who still in 2024, is not openly and loudly committed to getting rid of that 1999 Constitution from which the woes of Nigeria and misery of Nigerians flow, ahead of any further National Elections, particularly in 2027, IS AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE and NINAS will treat such persons as such, no matter what else they profess

It is in that regard that NINAS will commend Former Presidential Candidate Kingsley Moghalu, Former Presidential Aspirant, Oby Ezekwesili and Former Minister Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala for finding the wisdom, discipline, and courage to declare very loudly to Nigeria and Nigerians, that the Imposed Fraudulent Unitary Constitution of Nigeria is the reason Nigeria’s Economy and Governance outcomes are in shambles.

NINAS would therefore invite all Stakeholders who genuinely desire a turnaround for Nigeria, to join the Campaign for an Immediate TRANSITIONING Process for the Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria in place of another round of National Elections in 2027 under the 1999 Constitution especially in the face of Nigeria’s rapid descent into anarchy under the weight of its Unitary Constitutional Anomalies.

The NINAS 5-Point Proposition contained in the December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) Proclamation offers Nigeria and Nigerians an Orderly, Comprehensive, Ready-For-Use, Start-To-Finish Constitutional Reconstruction Framework and Process Package.

This was the NINAS Broadcast addressing the Labour Party and its Candidate, Peter Obi, ahead of the 2023 Presidential Election on the issue of the Unitary Constitution that renders the lofty postulations of Peter Obi unattainable and therefore the need to FIRST get rid of that granite roadblock to progress and development we call “the 1999 Constitution” before we can talk about Election and Good Governance.
