Agbakoba now contrives a dubious theory in Jurisprudence, of how the National Assembly can draw some imaginary power from Section 4(1) of the Fraudulent 1999 Constitution, to make and enact, a completely New Constitution without any reference to anyone else. The Fraud Olisa Agbakoba is Proposing to the National Assembly now is Treasonous, and by far, worse than the Fraud of 1999 by which Abdulsalami Abubakar imposed the 1999 Constitution. When character is lost, everything is lost. Ignorance would have been a more pardonable shortcoming but the plea of ignorance is not available to Olisa Agbakoba who spoke with clarity on the same subject in June 2018 at a VOR Colloquium in Victoria Island. We are left with only one conclusion: Dishonesty.
