Talk of New Constitution: National Assembly Committing Treason Against Us
THE DECLARATION BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY THAT IT WILL WRITE A “NEW CONSTITUTION” FOR NIGERIA BY 2026 IS BOTH AN AFFRONT AND AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE DEMISE OF THE 1999 CONSTITUTION (WHICH MEANS THE DEMISE OF THE UNITARY UNION ERECTED UPON THAT CONSTITUTION). NIGERIA MUST NOW GET ITSELF INTO A TRANSITIONING PROCESS FOR UNION RECONFIGURATION OR IN DEFAULT, RISK IMMEDIATE UNION DISSOLUTION BY UNILATERAL SELF-PRESERVATION ACTIONS OF CHOKING CONSTITUENT COMPONENTS OF THE DISTRESSED FEDERATION OF NIGERIA.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
”The Legislative Mandate of Nigeria’s National Assembly is limited to Law-Making and does not extend to Constitution-Making as the National Assembly does not have the Constituent Powers required to make any Constitution for Nigeria. That Power Belongs Exclusively to the Constituent Peoples of Nigeria. The Plan by the National Assembly to Draw Imaginary Powers from the Fraudulent 1999 Constitution is Criminal and Tantamount to Compounding Abdusalam Abubakar’s Treason of 1999 and will be Punished Severely” – NINAS Secretariat, March 7, 2024

The 5-Point Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure
As Unitary Nigeria Continues to Unravel In the aftermath of the ill-advised 2023 Elections (prosecuted under the Disputed 1999 Constitution); And in the face of Nigeria’s current Free Fall amidst Horrifying Security and Economic Nightmares, the 5-Point Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure, Provides a Template and Comprehensive Framework by which Nigeria can Initiate an Immediate Transitioning Process, to halt Nigeria’s rapid Descent into chaos. The Choice before the would-be victims of Nigeria’s imminent Catastrophic Collapse is BETWEEN embracing the NINAS Pathway to Redemption AND waiting in docility for that Catastrophic Collapse. The NINAS Scheduled Altar Call will provide a mechanism for making that choice.
