NINAS Extraordinary Notice: The Deliberate Bungling Of Nigeria’s 2023 Presidential Election May Allow Buhari To Remain In Office Via Sec 135 Of The Fraudulent 1999 Constitution
NINAS Secretariat
31 March 2023
With the Deliberate Bungling of Nigeria’s 2023 Presidential Election, there is a looming possibility that General Buhari may remain in office beyond May 29, 2023, by virtue of S.135 of the 1999 Constitution unless something is done swiftly to shut out that Possibility. The NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Implementation Process presents us with a Potent Mechanism for taking that Swift Action. Accordingly, NINAS by this Broadcast invites all concerned to join this Swift Action by raising a Global Battle Cry against Nigeria’s imposed fraudulent 1999 Constitution, Demanding an Immediate Transitioning for the Sole Purpose of Union Reconfiguration.
The recent assurances on the sanctity of the May 29, 2023 handover date, made by the Secretary to the Federal Government of Nigeria, Boss Mustapha, is just another beer-parlor promise just like the one Buhari made about free and fair elections around the globe, and the one by INEC Chairman, Prof Mahmoud about Electronic Transmission of results from polling units to the INEC Server. Someone should ask Mahmoud what will happen if the Presidential Election Tribunal declares the Truth about the constitutional deficiency of Tinubu’s so-called Mandate and a Rerun or Runoff before May 29, 2023 – who will be sworn in on the 29th of May 2023 according to his postulations?
