NINAS NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY STEPS TOWARDS COMMENCEMENT OF DECOMMISSIONING OF THE DISTRESSED 1999 CONSTITUTION – July 16, 2023.
As Critical Milestones are attained in the Implementation of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure and on the heels of the DELEGITIMIZATION of the 1999 Constitution, NINAS is delighted to inform the Public that in the aftermath of the Inconclusive 2023 Presidential Election and amidst a Looming Constitutional Logjam, Preliminary Steps Have been Commenced towards the Precipitation of an Orderly Transitioning that will Undertake the DECOMMISSIONING and eventual DISMANTLING of the 1999 Constitution. A Series of NINAS Global Town Hall Meetings, (Virtual and Physical), will culminate in a Two-Day Summit during which NINAS will receive into its fold, those who now fully embrace the NINAS Union Reconfiguration Propositions and Processes as outlined in the December 16, 2020 Joint Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation.
