NINAS’ Open Memo To The November 27, 2023 Citizens Townhall On Electoral Reforms Convened By Nigeria’s National Assembly For Civil Society Groups.

As the dust continues to settle around the wreckage of Nigeria’s 2023 Electoral Flight, the desperate operators of the Criminal Enterprise that the Unitary Nigeria, defined by the Fraudulent 1999 Constitution is, have gone to work to start all over again, the process of deceiving and railroading Nigerians into another round of National Elections in 2027 under the Rejected 1999 Constitution.

Let it be known to all, that NINAS which rejects further National Elections under the 1999 Constitution will be in a straight fight with ALL agents of the Status Quo including the National Assembly and demon-possessed Civil Society Groups and NGOs.

The central issue is that with NINAS’ Spectacular Success in the DELEGITIMIZATION of the 1999 Constitution and by the poignant vindication of the NINAS No-Further-National-Elections-Under-1999-Constitution Position, particularly as encapsulated in the December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure, and by the charred outcome of Nigeria’s 2023 Presidential Election, the System is in an absolute quandary and distress regarding the uphill task of persuading Nigerians to embrace another round of National Elections in 2027 under the Distressed 1999 Constitution.

The apprehension of the System is worsened by the continuing onslaught of NINAS against the now Delegitimized 1999 Constitution and any suggestion of another Electoral Voyage under the 1999 Constitution in 2027.

This so-called “Citizens Townhall” between the National Assembly and Civil Society Groups/NGOs, is an attempt to jumpstart early, the arduous process of persuading the badly traumatized and thoroughly defrauded Nigerian People that the System will correct the flaws that marred the 2023 General Elections with Amendments to the 2022 Electoral Act and the 1999 Constitution.

This is plain gimmickry and a hoodwinking of the People one more time and so soon after the Electoral Robbery of 2023.

NINAS’ response to this elaborate scheme of deceit by the System and its Agents is to ask the Civil Society Groups, the NGOs and the National Assembly very LOUDLY : ”Under Which Constitution Will These Electoral Reforms and the 2027 General Elections be Taking Place, and how would the Proposed Electoral Reforms and Constitution Amendments address the Union Dispute raised by NINAS via the December 16, 2020 Joint-Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure or the Fundamental Dysfunctions of the Nigerian Federation propelled by the Unworkable Unitary Constitutional Arrangements of Nigeria (1999)?”

Let us recall a recent postulation by Prof PLO Lumumba about how NGOs on the African Continent have become veritable tools in the hands of Neocolonial Forces, tools in the hands of those who imposed and who are sustaining the corrupt systems that hold Africa down.

I can confirm to us that the Nigerian Civil Society is particularly guilty in this regard as they feast on hefty Foreign Donor funding mainly from the West which benefits immensely from the Dysfunctional Systems and Governments across Africa. The Government of Nigeria and INEC also make ample provisions for these demonic NGOs while the Media and Religious Leaders complete the circuit of Grand Conspiracy against the People, as they completely shut out the Liberating message of NINAS from their Spaces as a matter of Policy, in support of the System.

It is no longer a matter of debate that the National Assembly of Nigeria is a Principal Participant in this Fraud and Conspiracy against the Peoples of Nigeria.

It is also no longer a matter for debate that to the extent that ALL Political Parties in Nigeria subscribe to the Death-Dispensing 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, All the Political Parties and their Candidates at Elections Mandated by that Constitution, are central to the Reinforcement and Sustenance of that Constitution since the winner of Elections must swear to, and govern by that Constitution.
