Video: Vigilante Arms Prescriptions of DG, DSS Is Akin To Chasing With The Hound And Running With The Hare.
(Being a Rejoinder to the Dubious Prescriptions of the DG of DSS about approving limited quantities and calibers of arms for Community Vigilantes.)
At a time heavily armed invading Fulani Militia, masquerading as Herdsmen and Hunters are roaming freely unchallenged, all over Nigeria, killing, maiming, raping, plundering, and wreaking havoc, the misguided enthusiasm that has trailed the hogwash by the Director-General of the DSS about how limited quantities and calibers of weapons could be approved for Communities towards vigilante efforts, shows the depth of folly to which our people have fallen.
Nigeria, by way of the Federal Exclusive Legislative List of its Unitary Constitution, locks down control over Arms and Ammunitions as well as the Power to set up Police and other armed Security Services; then the DG of DSS turns around to talk about how Communities would be allowed access to a certain limited quantity and grade of weapons to become the first line of defense for themselves. Just like all the other 67 items on the Exclusive of the 1999 Constitution, it will be entirely at the discretion of the so-called “Federal Government” and its Security Agencies to approve for the Communities that apply, whatever caliber and quantities of weapons it (ie FG) wishes.
The danger and mischief here is that the Igbo who is almost completely excluded from that Federal Government and the High Command of the Security Agencies and the Middle Belt that is trapped in the large stomach of the Caliphate, will be at the mercy of the Alliance of 1967ø which almost exclusively controls that Federal Government in an informal rotation.
It is not nuclear science to reckon how this discretionary arrangement will work for or against the various parts of Nigeria as some will be given what they need for their operations and others will be denied, just as has been the case for all other matters that fall under that Exclusive List.
The solution to the Nigerian situation is the Fundamental Constitutional Reconstruction of the wobbling Union. Every other approach including the woolly and dubious suggestions of the Director General of the DSS in this clip will be mere palliative, selectively applied even as the Fulani Conquest Onslaught masquerading as Fulani Herdsmen and Fulani Hunters in routine skirmishes with Farmers, continues unabated.
Indigenous Peoples of Nigeria must find the Courage to overturn and dismantle the Caliphate-imposed Unitary Constitution by which they are comprehensively emasculated by the Caliphate that seeks to Conquer them all.
NINAS Union Reconstruction Propositions offer the most potent, most comprehensive, and most immediate mechanism for effecting the overturning of that Death Dispensing Constitution as well as the various State-Capture Designs unfolding under that Constitution.
We can continue to pretend that we have a Federation we are building together with the Fulani that is pursuing a conquest agenda against the rest of Nigeria and who imposed a Unitary Constitution on the Distressed Federation of Nigeria, to our hurt, peril, and damnation. We can also brace up, throw off the yoke of pretense, and join the urgent task of extricating ourselves from servitude and the Union of Death that Unitary Nigeria has become for us.
